Marc Weill is a Certified Advanced Rolfer
If you have a misalignment from a sport you do, an injury you received, or from any other reason, Rolfing could be just what you need to bring back homeostasis and balance into your body form. Rolfing with Marc will be an experience of renewed mobility and a freeing of adhesions and lesions, which are caused by injuries, structural misalignments, and other affects on the body such as use... Form follows function. How you use your body is reflected in its structure. Rolfing is a style of bodywork, which works deep into the muscle structure to gradually pull and form the muscle into alignment. It doesn't always hurt, but some discomfort will usually be experienced during a session. Marc will work with you and your goals to achieve what you would like to happen in the time frame you have available to the best of his ability, and your body's willingness and ability to change. Marc may send you home with some homework such as stretching or nutritional changes may be recommended in order for you to achieve results with your body. For more information on Rolfing go to Rolf.org.
Marc is featured in Alternative Medicine Magazine, reviewed as "The Best to Heal What Ails You" in San Francisco Magazine's 2004 "The Ultimate Health Guide" and published in Healing by Hand: Manual Medicine and Bonesetting in Global Perspective.

What is NeuroMuscular Reprogramming?
NMR is an approach to structural bodywork that engages the motor control center in the brain to rewrite the motor programs governing coordinated movement. Practitioners correct the dysfunctional postural and movement patterns that result from overuse and injury. These are often the source of mystifying chronic pain and degeneration in muscles and joints.
